Returns & Refund Policy
Return Window:
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. The product must be unused, with tags still attached, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g. a receipt).
How to Return:
Email us at sales@techiidol.com to initiate the return. If approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. We’ll provide instructions on where and how to send the item. We cannot accept returns sent without prior approval.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Check your order upon arrival. If there’s any defect, damage, or incorrect product, notify us immediately. We will resolve the issue promptly.
🔁Exchanges
We recommend returning your item first once approved, then placing a new order for the replacement product to avoid delays.
⏱ Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Email us with your name and order number, and we will refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 business days.
🚨 Damage on Arrival
If your item arrives damaged:
Take photos and videos of the issue.
Email them to sales@techiidol.com.
Once verified, you can choose either:
A replacement product, or
A full refund.
💵 Refund Details
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. If approved, the refund is sent to your original payment method. It typically takes 3–5 business days to appear in your bank statement. Note: discounts or promotional price differences are not refundable.
If your refund is delayed longer than 5 business days, email us with your name and order number. We will resolve it within 12 hours.
